Not usually. As long as we can get to the vehicle and there's somewhere safe to work, you can be at work or out on the farm. We'll call you before starting anything that wasn't in the original price.

Pink slips have to be issued by an authorised inspection station, so that's not something we can do from the van. What we can do is go over the car first and sort out anything that would fail it, so it passes first time.

No. Under Australian consumer law a new car can be serviced by an independent mechanic without voiding its warranty, as long as the service follows the manufacturer's schedule and is stamped in the log book, which is how we do it.

Generally two to four hours depending on the vehicle and what the schedule calls for. The difference is that it's time the car spends in your own driveway rather than sitting in town waiting on a hoist.
